A West Des Moines native, Chris graduated from Cornell College in Mt.Vernon, Iowa. At L & C Medical Billing, he is focused on maintaining a cohesive workplace and sustaining long-term relationships with clients. With more than 26 years in the industry, his leadership and insight brings a fresh approach to the medical billing process. Chris is married to Linda, has two adorable girls, and enjoys all kinds of outdoor activities, especially playing golf.
Nancy May
Billing Manager
After graduating from Michigan State University with a degree in Communications, Nancy stayed in Michigan and worked in the health insurance industry for 15 years. A recent transplant to West Des Moines, Nancy began at L & C Medical Billing as a billing specialist. As billing manager, she now focuses her time and talents towards the mental health clients the company supports and oversees all aspects of our billing processes. Nancy has three children and enjoys attending their sports activities, reading books and traveling in her free time.
